Our Dentists
Dr. Robert Clapcich
Dr. Clapcich graduated from the University of Rochester in 1984 where he received a Bachelor of Science in molecular genetics. He then attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where he earned his D.M.D. degree in 1988. After graduation, Dr. Clapcich practiced dentistry in Clifton and West Orange, New Jersey before opening his practice in Millburn, N.J. in 1992.
Since earning his doctorate, Dr. Clapcich has continued broadening his skills by enrolling in specialized courses in implant dentistry and reconstructive dentistry at N.Y.U College of Dentistry and TMJ therapy at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study. He was appointed a clinical assistant professor at N.Y.U College of Dentistry in 1999 and was an instructor in the full-mouth rehabilitation course at N.Y.U. from 1999-2004.
Apart from his dedication to his profession, Dr. Clapcich is an accomplished guitarist and photographer. His work with the camera can be seen on display throughout the office, while his guitar fretwork can be heard in different venues in New York City and New Jersey.

Mary Cassat
Registered Dental Hygienist | Practice Coordinator | Insurance Coordinator
Mary Graduated UMDNJ in 2006, and before earning her Dental Hygiene license she was as a dental assistant and receptionist for 4 years, giving her over 25 years of experience in the dental field, you can see the dedication in her craft and love she has for her field, once you experience a cleaning by her. Rest assured, you are in good hands, Mary will provide all of your dental needs, concerns or questions within your dental hygiene visit. Outside of work, Mary has 2 children, a daughter and a son, and they are the reason she puts 100% into her work every day!
Erin
Patient Care Coordinator
Meet Erin, our Patient Care Coordinator! Erin has been a staple in the dental world for over 20 years, getting her start right out of high school as a dental assistant. Because she knows the ins and outs of both the clinical side and patient administration, she’s the perfect person to guide you through your dental journey.
When she’s off the clock, you can find Erin running around and keeping busy with her family.
Julia
Treatment and Financial Coordinator
With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, Julia brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to every patient she meets. She began her career as a dental assistant before advancing to become a registered dental hygienist, giving her a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of patient care.
In addition to providing exceptional preventive dental care, Julia serves as our Treatment Plan Coordinator, working closely with Dr. Clapcich to help patients understand their treatment options and feel confident in their dental decisions. She is passionate about educating patients, building lasting relationships, and creating a comfortable, welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Known for her gentle touch and friendly personality, Julia is committed to helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles while making each visit as positive and stress-free as possible.
