Our Dentists
Dr. Robert Clapcich
Dr. Clapcich graduated from the University of Rochester in 1984 where he received a Bachelor of Science in molecular genetics. He then attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where he earned his D.M.D. degree in 1988. After graduation, Dr. Clapcich practiced dentistry in Clifton and West Orange, New Jersey before opening his practice in Millburn, N.J. in 1992.
Since earning his doctorate, Dr. Clapcich has continued broadening his skills by enrolling in specialized courses in implant dentistry and reconstructive dentistry at N.Y.U College of Dentistry and TMJ therapy at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study. He was appointed a clinical assistant professor at N.Y.U College of Dentistry in 1999 and was an instructor in the full-mouth rehabilitation course at N.Y.U. from 1999-2004.
Apart from his dedication to his profession, Dr. Clapcich is an accomplished guitarist and photographer. His work with the camera can be seen on display throughout the office, while his guitar fretwork can be heard in different venues in New York City and New Jersey.
Our Team
Lisette Gonzalez
Lisette Gonzalez graduated from John F. Kennedy High School, Paterson N.J. in 1987. While still in school, Lisette began working in a large dental office in Clifton, N.J. where she began her training in the dental office. Over the next 13 years, Lisette trained in all of the various administrative functions necessary for a well-run dental office including management of insurance claims, general accounting, and staff management. As office manager, Lisette is an invaluable asset to the staff and always a source of information for our patients.
Ashley Diaz-Rodrigues
Dental Hygienist
Ashley graduated from Fortis Institute initially with a certificate in dental assisting and later with a degree in Dental Hygiene from Eastern International College. Her love for the dental field and her upbeat personality ensure patient comfort. When you meet Ashley, you will immediately feel that you are in caring hands. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends. Ashley lives in Morristown wiht her fiancée and their three cats.
Erica Boone
Erica Boone graduated from West Caldwell High School in 1991. She continued her studies at Essex Community College during which time she began assisting Dr. Clapcich. Erica continued her education at the Dental Studies Institute where she earned her dental radiography license. She has continued her dental education at the institute and regularly attends continuing education courses with Dr. Clapcich to maintain a current understanding of new dental materials and techniques.
